With increasing regulation in the building industry the process of constructing a new home is becoming more and more complicated. At South Pacific Homes we have the expertise to manage all the aspects of the building process for you (such as arranging local council consents, and co-ordinating subcontractors) through until issue of the final Code of Compliance Certificate. We do all the hard work and organisation for you to make sure that building your home is a stress free and pleasurable experience.

A typical home building process will look something like this:
  • Select a floor plan to suit your lifestyle and section layout
  • Design consultation to finalise floor plan layout and exterior cladding options
  • Completion of final working drawings
  • Application for consents at local council
  • Commencement of building
  • Design consultation to finalise interior design and visuals
  • Ongoing consultation and site visits to monitor building progress and make final variations
  • Landscaping of section
  • Completion of building
  • Issue of Code of Compliance Certificate
