South Pacific Homes is a residential home building business providing quality housing in the Manawatu region. The business is owned and operated by the Isles family of Palmerston North.
All our houses are built by Isles Construction Limited – a company with a proud history in the local building industry, and over 35 years experience in residential housing and commercial construction.
Our History
Robert (Bob) and Desma Isles began work in the building industry in 1973, initially trading as RC Isles Limited. Over the years the company they founded gained a proven and respected track record for quality residential housing.
In 2004 Bob and Desma’s children (Tarsha, Carmen and Cameron) joined the company to continue the family tradition. RC Isles Limited was renamed, and is now operating as Isles Construction Limited.
South Pacific Homes was formed in 2006 to continue to offer superior quality residential housing in the Manawatu region. With Isles Construction as our dedicated supplier of building services, we can provide exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction that only a family owned business can offer.
